A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking, with the remaining amount due 10 days prior to the event.
If you wish to cancel or move your booking date, we ask for at minimum 2 weeks notice. If your booking is cancelled and not re-booked, the deposit is not returned. If your booking is affected by COVID-19 we will always postpone were possible, deposit refund is case dependent.
If bad weather permits we may be required to postpone your event where possible or alternatively host indoors/under sheltered area. Bad weather alternatives will be pre-planned with you at the time of engagement.
We work closely with some great indoor locations.
We understand that in this type of business damages/accidents may occur. However, if large damages occur or items are stolen a damages fee may apply. As the person booking, it is your responsibility the ensure our equipment is being treated correctly.
For hired signage we take a holding deposit of $150 which is returned once sign is returned undamaged.
No question is a silly question, feel free to ask as many as you like. We love to discuss your picnic, your ideas and our ideas. This helps us create incredible picnics and your vision, this ensures nothing is missed.
We will always check for any allergies and/or dietary requirements that may be present.
We work closely with a number of amazing Canberra based caterers who are certificated and qualified in what they do. Dietary requirements are to be advised 2 weeks in advance of your event. Specific requirements such as food served on a separate platter must be specified.
Bins are provided in public places, please avoid pollution. We will not be held responsible in case of any injury or accidents. Please be mindful that your picnic may be in a public area.
We will apply & mange all public land use applications on your behalf. Public Land Use bookings are required.
